Lila Wellbeing CIC is our registered Community Interest Company, founded in October 2023. 

This is a not-for-profit organisation, created solely for the benefit of our local area.

Our Vision

Lila Wellbeing CIC is passionate about making a positive difference to the wellbeing of children, families, carers and those with SEND, mental health or accessibility challenges in our local community. 

Our Work & Objectives

We offer therapeutic Yoga, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing projects that aim to provide attendees with;​

  • improved health, fitness and mobility

  • increased ability to regulate their own bodies, emotions and behaviour

  • decreased levels of stress and anxiety

  • access to social opportunities with local peers

Sarah Potgieter

Sarah is a mum of two and works as a lawyer at a FTSE 100 company. Sarah's young daughter has sensory processing sensitivities and has been taking yoga sessions with Helen for a number of years. She is passionate about SEND and strongly believes that activities that help with our mental health and wellbeing should be made available to everyone.

Helen Jeffries

Helen is a qualified teacher, Yoga instructor, therapeutic arts practitioner and the founding Director of Lila Wellbeing CIC. She has over 15 years experience working in Special Education and specialises in the provision of accessible and inclusive wellbeing activities. She also works as part of the training team at Special Yoga to develop these skills in others. It is Helen's mission to bring a sense of calm, safety, and wellbeing to those in our local community.

Rosella Gugliotta

Rosella is a Service Improvement Facilitator within the NHS and leads the Trust's disability, health and wellbeing staff network, ensuring the organisation is an inclusive and supportive employer. She has worked with both children and adults with additional needs throughout her whole career and believes everyone should have the opportunity to access activities that benefit their mental health and wellbeing.
