Our Directors
Sarah Potgieter
Sarah is a mum of two and works as a lawyer at a FTSE 100 company. Sarah's young daughter has sensory processing sensitivities and has been taking yoga sessions with Helen for a number of years. She is passionate about SEND and strongly believes that activities that help with our mental health and wellbeing should be made available to everyone.
Helen Jeffries
Helen is a qualified teacher, Yoga instructor, therapeutic arts practitioner and the founding Director of Lila Wellbeing CIC. She has over 15 years experience working in Special Education and specialises in the provision of accessible and inclusive wellbeing activities. She also works as part of the training team at Special Yoga to develop these skills in others. It is Helen's mission to bring a sense of calm, safety, and wellbeing to those in our local community.
Rosella Gugliotta
Rosella is a Service Improvement Facilitator within the NHS and leads the Trust's disability, health and wellbeing staff network, ensuring the organisation is an inclusive and supportive employer. She has worked with both children and adults with additional needs throughout her whole career and believes everyone should have the opportunity to access activities that benefit their mental health and wellbeing.

Endorsement
"I fully endorse Lila Wellbeing’s initiative, and I only wish it had been available for the adult clients I see for therapy in my clinic. I hope that this initiative will help many people recover from their difficulties much earlier in life so that they can develop healthy habits and thrive."
